Crippa Delivery / Installation
- Coordinate delivery with rigging company who will position and set the machine.
- Best to have the position on the shop floor marked out and ready
- Delivery will consist of: machine, control box, and fencing.
- Note: Tooling comes from a different manufactuer / different delivery
- Position machine, extend leveling feet out (easier to lower the leveling feet than to raise them once the machine is set)
- Set machine in the final position, then level machine using the tooling area
- Remove shipping bolts, clean up and misc. assembly
- Fencing installation - starting at the machien and working around both sides. This layout should be planned in advance but can be modified during installation
- Power connection:
- 480v for main power
- 120v in area for compressor. The compressor can be stored inside the machine enclosure our outside.
- Decide on WiFi or eithernet connection
- Machine power up.
- Collet adjustments for conduit tension.
